a bit overproduced, no? still good.
| |
Fan of these guys, will listen soon
| |
I remember I was in these guys' last music video even though I only listened to like two of their songs lol. But pretty good song.
| |
Kind of generic Sumerian deathcore tho.
| |
A little more mainstream sounding than their first release but this song still slays. Stoked for the new album.
| |
That was awesome, the album names pretty gay but I'm still stoked for it.
| |
Not bad.
Sumerian really needs to find someone to make better album covers, though. This + ISS cover is awful.
| |
Not bad at all actually, this song is fun as hell.
Doesn't beat WE'LL SHAKE THE FUCKING GROUND though.
| |
I liked the background cleans on their last album. Hope they use them more.
Song was ok. Lyrics and album cover are lol bad.
| |
Lyrics were definitely lol worthy.
| |
Lyrics on their first album are pretty god awful for the most part too. Band still rules though.
| |
GUILTY AS CHARGED!!!!!!!
| |
These guys are really taking the whole Mexicore thing to a new level, calling their album Red White and Green lol. I bet
none of them have ever been to Mexico and all grew up in comfortable white suburbs xD
| |
i mean most of them are hispanic (probably mexican) and from their videos it seems like they also know a lot of hispanics (probably mostly mexican), especially since they're from san antonio. maybe they haven't been to mexico but there's plenty of mexican and mexican-american culture there. if anything, it would be less logical to me to assume they grew up in the white suburbs. overanalyzing?
| |
I like the thrashier parts that start off the verses, but this seems like acceptable drinking music.
| |
they were a lot more party-based on their debut. end of the song made me kind of laugh, though the song is good overall.
| |
"calling their album Red White and Green lol. I bet
none of them have ever been to Mexico"
Funny, my first thought that the green symbolized weed..
| |
I think the green stands for money boys
| |
I wonder if its about partying and has breakdowns.
| |
Mexican't play anything above mediocrity. The lyrics are beyond laughable.
| |
I don't understand deathcore bands and how they're are seen as appealing. In my opinion they're all the same regurgitated shit over and over.
| |
This is my guilty pleasure! I thought the world is ours was pretty fun perhaps this album will be "good" it might as well suck balls.
| |
"I don't understand deathcore bands and how they're are seen as appealing. In my opinion they're all the same regurgitated shit over and over."
bcuz opinions
| |
Brocore, with brodowns and brolyrics.
| |
Surprisingly not bad. At least it's different.
| |
I thought red white and green was to do with the Italian flag, you know like the whole Italian mobster thing they've got going on
song was aight, lyrics were lolbad
| |
Haha, Mexicore
| |
Oh look a terrible deathcore song
I am shocked by this turn of events
| |
"Because life sucks and then you die".
Ha.
| |
YOU THINK YOU'RE BIG TIME
| |
'Red, White, and Green'
Made me lol.
| |
Band is the king of one-liners
| |
I think Dr. Acula might still hold that crown, man.
Slander was a sillycore goldmine
| |
YOU GONNA FUCKIN DIE BIG TIME lol
| |
Never listened to Dr. Acula. I might have to now.
LET'S BURN THIS MOTHER DOWN
| |
Dr. Acula sucks ass crackers
| |
Umadbro
| |
mehh, lyrics are fuckin stupid
| |
"I bet none of them have ever been to Mexico and all grew up in comfortable white suburbs xD"
xDDDD that IS pretty funny
but no first of all they live in fucking San Antonio, virtual Mexican HQ of the States, most of them are Mexican, and why is it so unlikely that they would've lived in Mexico? And I think most of them grew up downtown, out of the way of Alamo Heights and white suburbia in SA.
| |
Hmmm, eager to hear this. I liked their debut a bit, nothing new or revolutionary, but still a fun listen.
| |
Pretty boring and man those lyrics.
| |
sounds pretty awesome. more than i expected
| |
MOTHERFUCKER TELL ME HOW DO YOU PLEAD?
faggot band
sucks
| |
fun but the lyrics ruin it.
| |
CHUG CHUG CHUG CHUG
| |
fun but the lyrics ruin it [2].
| |
I want to love this song, but the lyrics...ugh. I just cringe at the stupid chant near the end.
| |
Fun. [3]
If you're taking the lyrics seriously, you might be doing it wrong.
| |
^^^^
| |
They've never been like a "serious" band.
| |
no shit
| |
I don't usually take lyrics super seriously, but sometimes lines like that just make me laugh.
| |
I don't know if I like this or if I'm trying to like this because tons of stuff that sounds almost exactly like this I don't give a fuck about. Oh well still gonna listen to the album and probably enjoy it YOLO
| |
This is terrible compared to their old stuff. It actually just sucks.
| |
How is it really even that different from their previous stuff?
| |
It just is. Could be the production. I dunno what the issue is but this sucks compared to their first.
