Why bother giving it to Oxford, and also for music, art and language courses? If you wanted to help fund higher education, you should have given it to poor students with high marks to help lower their eventual debt, which is only going to increase.

However, I do agree that Oxford is probably the last University that needed that kind of money. But I don't think any University really needs more money in my experience they take every bit of money that they can get out of students pockets, everything costs an outrageous amount of money at my university, nothing comes free or cheap to students.
