Ozzy Gives Singing Tips 2006-12-02 by Jom | 7 Comments | X Factor, which is the equivalent to American Idol, is currently in its third season. Recently, one of the aspiring singers was given "pointers" by Ozzy Osbourne.
Ozzy reportedly stepped in to restore Ben Mills' confidence after he found himself in the bottom two last weekend during the show. Having received performance tips from Ozzy, Mills hopes to reach the semifinals and survive the elimination.
Said Mills, "I felt low after the show. I knew I hadn’t done my best."
What the "pointers" Ozzy shared with Mills were is unknown, but hopefully it has nothing to do with singing "Take Me Out to the Ball Game."

I was just qabout to say that. Let's keep the Capt. Kirk bashing to a minimum now, Shatner's the man.
But honestly, Ozzy is certainly not one to give singing tips. In the context of the music he plays and as the frontman of a metal band he's top notch, but in the grand scheme of vocal performance he should be taking lessons himself. Or maybe it's just all of those damn drugs burning holes in his throat after so many years.
