I really don't know where's all this hate coming from... Sure "Common Dreads" wasn't by any means perfect, but if anything it showed us they matured, and would not continue to thrive on party hits such as "Sorry You're Not a Winner".

Give these guys a chance, they're effin amazing live and Rou R. has some great ( yet too political) lyrics.

Take themselves seriously andcas? Have you ever even seen them live? They put on an amazing show we made a damn human pyramid.

Human pyramid = Good show

Seriously was sick though. I don't like very many ES songs but the ones I do like I really like. I'll give this a shot.

I just realized

Good show =/= Taking themselves seriously.

They just seem like a purely fun band to me, albeit passionate about their music.

This band makes me want to puke everywhere. They're so bad, I don't understand how they still have fans. They're worse than Attack Attack or Asking Alexandria. I think they're maybe a bit better than Abandon All Ships, but not by much.

I saw Arcade Fire live at Bonnaroo... I thought it was a good show, but we didn't make a human pyramid so I guess I was wrong...

"I do enjoy Enter Shikari mainly because they don't take themselves seriously."

I'd agree with you on their demos + Take to the Skies but they've taken on this really awkward urban-messiah image which reeks of taking themselves, and their success, far too seriously.

I thought this band was supposed to be cool, their dubstep parts we're fukking weak and I hate dubstep already, so sucking at it is even worse. I can see the potential here and it's sad because it already seems like it's too late. Maybe another 2-3 years when they put out their next album.

Here's to hoping this is solid.

BTW their upside down triangle emblem reminded me of the dead throne emblem. And they have been touring with tdwp.

Sounds pretty good if you ask me, I mean c'mon, this is sounding a lot more raw than Common Dreads, they've slipt in some nice riffs by the sound of it, and an acoustic track, it can't be that bad...

I used to love Take to the Skies.

I used to love Common Dreads.

I still find both of them relatively enjoyable.

But everything I've heard in regards to this album is a fucking monstrosity. They've taken a gigantic leap backwards in terms of songwriting and tone, and I'm not even going to bother with this album because I'm positive I will hate it. I'm sorry Enter Shikari, you put on one hell of a live show, but this really is one of the worst things I've ever heard. What the fuck happened?
