band has always been all sort of awesome. and their ep's are always awesome. this song is awesome.

but wasnt there supposed to be an ep of re-worked tracks from all their past releases?

@generic: Yeah, I get that vibe too. I just love their later stuff (Darkness, Oh Hell is my favourite release by them, by far), so that's a plus. New EP will rule.

agreed @ doubtgin and iluvatar.

also, i thought their stuff as a post-hardcore band was, at best, pretty good, at worst, kind of embarassing. but this new direction is just glorious.

Maybe I'm an idiot... can't find anyway to actually download the song.

Sounds great though, so similar to Darkness makes me happy :D

I thought everyone hated Jerry's vocals?

A new full length for Christmas? Yes please.

I talked to Jerry on facebook and he said to expect a full-length "rock-opera" this time next year. Woot.

I think Jerry's voice is just an acquired taste. I can definitely see why some people wouldn't like
it, but I really like rough vocals like his. Same reason I love A Wilhelm Screams's vocalist.

They're doing a musical next year, which is pretty awesome considering their lyrical dramatic flair, and stellar songwriting. These guys have been my hands down favorite band since releasing Bad Luck.

Also, my voice might be sampled in this album, which is pretty cool.

I honestly don't think there has ever been a band as awesome as Trophy Scars.

Seriously, do they not just sound like the coolest guys ever? Not only that, they make absolutely fantastic music. Fucking A.

They posted another new song, called "Snake Oil".

This song... could be better than anything off Darkness. Gonna need to give it a few more listens but holy fucking shit.

The new song, Snake Oil, is definitely weird because it's out of context but its awesome. The new EP seems like it'll be right on par with Darkness, Oh Hell.
