disappointing if you want bands to mature with each release...calculated was the brash/angsty album, kezia was the masterpiece, fortress was the culmination of skills, scurrilous is the stagnation

Not sure where all the cd bashing is coming from. This oozes awesome fucking riffs along with catchy ass melody in every damn song. Never boring.

Yeah, I was disappointed with this.
It's not terrible by any means, it's just kind of dull.

Hair-Trigger and Moonlight are fantastic, though.

Terrible album!

i can only get into two songs on this mushy piece of garbage, Hair-Trigger and Sex Tapes, and its certainly not for the lyrical value on Sex Tapes...

Band got careless.

Its a decent album, just not as good as fortress. Its got a few really good songs, and what I would call the best song PTH have ever written, Termites.

Termites and The Reign of Unending Terror are (still) rather forgettable. Loving C'est la Vie, Hair-Trigger, Tandem, Moonlight, Tapestry and Dunsel though.

You need to listen to it a few more times, dudes. I hated the noodly whiny aspects at first but now I'm quite into it.

i'm like the biggest pth fanboy ever and i was disappointed on first listen. the only song i loved the first run through was termites, the rest were definitely growers

it would be so great to raise awareness of how full of shit the majority of the people in the world are but a comment on an internet forum just doesn't do it!

First time through I only liked a few songs, but like some other people said, the album grew on me. Not as good as Kezia, but pth never disappoints after a few listens.
