Definitely got an average deathcore vibe from it. I don't know why I was so disappointed, considering their last album.

Hopefully this is more The Price of Existence than Awaken the Dreamers.

Liked the first half and the solo but the last half was just one big crappy breakdown(i dont mind breakdowns, this one just sucked.)

this sounds way more like a cross between TPoE and HMR which is a-ok by me.

unfortunately i was really unimpressed. sounds even more so like they're heading towards the "standard" deathcore sound. it does suggest that overall, the new album may be more like tpoe though, so hopefully the whole album is good

You can feel the lack of Chris Storey in the song. It's good until the breakdown and the solo kick in and the song loses complete momentum. Pretty average in the end; hopefully the rest of the album will be better.

Fucking sweet. Price of Existence owns, but I also quite liked Awaken The Dreamers, even though nobody else did.

Holy shit, he can scream again. Song is good and I hope the rest of the album is even better. Awaken the Dreamers was such a disappointment after Price oF existence which is most likely in my top 5 albums from the past 10 years.

Song is okay. I had high expectations and this sounds fairly generic. Hope the rest of the album is better. Eddie sounds like he's back on his A-game with the vox though so at least there's that.

And they switched back to their boring old Deathcore sound. How disappointing.

Not as impressed as I was hoping.

Storey had the writing chops, not just the wankery. I have a feeling the album will lack in the songwriting department.

Price of Existence is still one of my favorites though, its endlessly ripped off nowadays.

here's to hoping they can even skim the surface of TPOE.

This album may be their way back on track to their intensity to The Price of Existence, especially with new guitarist and drummer, so gonna leave expectations low for now

The first half sounds like it was made of b side The Contortionist riffs. The second half is just shit.

Although I liked Awaken The Dreamers, The Price Of Existence is a hell of a lot better. This song just proves that this cd could be almost as good, just as good or better than Price Of Existence.

I didn't hate Awaken the Dreamers, I like the first 4 or so songs. After that it sort of blends together a bit.

TPOE I can spin front to back and enjoy still.
