Sceamo is really popular now, no matter how generic it is. No doubt bands will be going.

caught Alkaline Trio, Haste The Day, and Dillinger this year. walking around consumed most of my time, so i didn't end up sitting through a lot of bands i dislike. also, half naked bitches are awesome.

This lineup is going to suck, I can already tell. It will be full of generi-core, that much is for sure.

I enjoy a few songs by both bands, even Every Avenue as well - just not enough to own an album or see them live. With The Word Alive they just disappointed me, I liked "Empire" more than "Deceiver"

Yeah, that looks like the worst line up I can imagine. I would rather cut off my own dick than listen to that array of formless "talent". At least in some genericore, there is a little bit of technicality to be appreciated here and there. These bands have nothing to offer, formally or expressively.

well as far as good punk goes, there isnt too much left out there in my opinion. but some good bands ive seen on past warped tours who were just awesome would be Bad Religion, NOFX, Bouncing Souls, etc.

Saw it in '08. First concert I ever went to. Looking back, I think that if I wasn't just getting into music at the time and figured out the venue layout, I would have liked it a little more. The bands I ended up catching were Gym Class Heroes, Cobra Starship, The Devil Wears Prada, Oreska and TAT. Pretty depressing.

the thing i hate about warped is how fucking SCENE they are! the majority of the bands are either pop/rock and hardcore, and i hate both genres! why can't they get more ROCK bands on this tour? anyways, i can't even go cuz i live in Canada and for the 2nd year in a row, they cut out Vancouver as one of their concert dates, which sucks ass! as shitty as the line-up is, there's usually a dozen or so good bands on tour that i'd pay money to see, but too bad it ain't happening next year there's only one choice: form a band and win the Ernie Ball Battle of the Bands to play at Warped! lol :P
