This isn't exactly what I expected when they said the album was going to be "darker and less poppy".

Is it just me, or do Anberlin just release singles whenever they want & it makes no sense in actually marketing/selling albums. I mean, this is the 2nd single yeah? And the 1st one (video at least) was released all of about 3 weeks ago. And the album is still a good 10 weeks away. By then, the whole album may be released as singles.

Yeah, I've noticed that. Arcade Fire basically did the same thing with their new album, four of the songs were revealed to the general public. I hope the new Anberlin is as outstanding as their last two efforts.

King (We Owe This to Ourselves) wasn't a single, it was just released to the public. This song is incredibly boring compared to it.

video is boring and stupid. i got really tired of watching the drummer puke beads. the song is musically boring but i like it more and more everytime and i think its cause Stephen Christian is the shit.
