Solitude Aeturnus have a new singer 2026-08-02 by Voivod STAFF | 6 Comments | Texan epic doom metal long runners Solitude Aeturnus will be fronted by vocalist James-Paul Luna.
Luna cut his teeth in the '10s with the Californian heavy/power outfit Holy Grail, whereas currently, he is an integral part of the up and coming hard rock/heavy metal outfit Intranced.
Solitude Aeturnus championed Luna as follows:
[…] With a commanding stage presence and years of experience, he will bring power and intensity to our live performances. His powerful yet melodic voice is a natural fit for our sound, and we look forward to unleashing a new chapter of doom together.
Band had to part ways with longtime singer Robert Lowe last April, since the planning of shows and other professional activities around the outfit, had started to become increasingly difficult.

In the news item about Intranced's debut album (recommended), I had written that Luna sounds like mix of Harry Conklin (Jag Panzer/Titan Force) and Ray Alder (Fates Warning).
