Parents Just Don’t Understand is better. Matrix is better without him.

This doesn't "slap" hard enough.
|
| |
[insert slapping joke here]
|

can't decide if I'm surprised or totally UNsurprised that this doesn't feature either of his kids

"can't decide if I'm surprised or totally UNsurprised that this doesn't feature either of his kids"
The only way I would have listened to this is if Willow was featured on a song, that might actually go hard.
|
| |
This is gonna slap
|
| |
Anyone remember Jada's god awful nu-metal band Wicked Wisdom????
|
| |
how many fucking festivals are in europe lmao he's at a different one every day in a different country
who the fuck asked for this btw
|
| |
holy shit, hawks. I went to ozzfest in 2005 and saw someone who I thought was jada with an entourage while in line. it didn't make sense and always stuck with me but 20 years later, it does. I thank you
|
| |
I'm guessing he's been unable to secure acting roles after that little stunt he pulled and now he's pivoting back into music.
"The only way I would have listened to this is if Willow was featured on a song, that might actually go hard."
If trolling then nice lol
|
| |
Certainly would be better than if Jaden featured lol
|
| |
He was in two movies since that incident, and relative to his generally low movie output in the 2020s doesn't seem like there's especially any evidence that he can't get jobs anymore yet.
|
| |
"Certainly would be better than if Jaden featured lol"
Extremely low bar haha

Nice, I just kind of assumed. I mean, I didn't hear or see any marketing for those. Then again, idt I really saw a ton of advertising for that movie he got an oscar for either.
|
| |
Every song should be called, "Keep My Wife's Name Out of Your Fucking Mouth" and feature every guy Jada had an affair with.
Chris Rock should feature too, because why the fuck not?
|
| |
^ Now we're cookin'
|
| |
Will Smiths public image has never been worse right now, weird to revive his music career NOW
|
| |
@Hawks - I had friends that swore up and down that band was good.
I just...I can't. To this day I can't fathom it. Just listen to her in "Something inside of me", a song I haven't heard since back then. I will never forget how awful she is. I had to witness it live too. Knew she was a trash person for sure back then, but I do remember seeing Will on the side of the stage all hyped and excited for her and thinking that was awesome.
|
| |
I have a rosy red nostalgia soft spot for this dude but there’s no way this is gonna be good
|
| |
Thought we were talking Artificial Brain here [2]
"who the fuck asked for this btw"
you think Will was waiting to be beckoned? as if any artist needs to be asked to do what they want lol
|
| |
I don't see this as a pivot for his career but him reflecting on what he was really missing in life and came up with how he really wishes he took that role for The Matrix.
|
| |
Where’s the Getting Giggy Wit It Pt II?
|
| |

Lmao thank you for sharing!!

This is brilliant, and I really do think the best way forward is self-parody. It would make him likeable again. I may also be self-projecting here or giving myself advice.
|
| |
Generic beat, good flow though
|
| |

Well the linked song starts with Big Sean saying "You've only made one major mistake in your career. Well... maybe two, but we're not gonna focus on that one". So he has made light reference to it. Wonder if Tantrum might address it.
|
| |
The comments lmao
|
| |
Still got it, but what he had wasn't that spectacular to begin with.
|
| |
Fesh Pince > Fresh Prince [2]
|

Fuck listening to this, give his daughter's latest album a spin instead she's actually making cool shit
|
| |
I hope it slaps. And I hope he fucks off.
|
| |
Whatever I just listened to was not great.
|
| |
Damn, I was expecting a song not a whole album with a slew of tour dates!
|
| |
I wonder if Willow was approached and she declined due to her hard stance on not being a nepo-baby.
Either way, this will probably suck.
His first outings were incredibly mixed with only a few gimmicky singles rising to the top.
|
| |
Chicken and winnegish
|
| |
Still hating that this isn't the Artificial Brain guy
