Sampo is probably the best track they've ever done, definitely.
As a whole though i'm not sure if I prefer this so Silent Waters or not. Besides Sampo, none of the tracks really jumped out and grabbed me except maybe the title track. I'll give this more listens, it's definitely a 4 for me at least.

Yeah, this album is crazy good. I'm at 4/5 right now, will listen to it on a massive road trip and decide whether it deserves more than that.

I've got a review mostly finished that will probably have this at a 2.5 or low 3. You're all loving this now but the replay value is low. This gets boring quick.

Tbh, I didn't like the single all that much. I just hope the rest will be good. But not really liking the lead single is a bad sign...

Wow I just realized that the verse riffs to Majestic Beast sound similar to the ones in The Grand Conjuration

R6, yeah, I noticed that too. But in some circumstances I give a band credit for being able to reproduce another band's sound and actually do it just as well or better. Plus, I prefer the vocals on Majestic Beast, and the rest of the track is more diverse and interesting than The Grand Conjuration.
