also even to get the idea of comparing Finland and Italy is rather ridiculous, Europe is still made up of a lots of completely different nations.
Italy is a beautiful country and Rome is maybe the most beautiful city in the world (at least the most beautiful I've ever seen, even before Valencia and Barcelona), but nevertheless it's no secret that thievery is pretty common there, but that might be due in large to Italy's completely inefficient political system and shitheads like Berlusconi.
