Anyways, all editions can be pre-ordered from Nuclear Blast Europe right now. For those who are wondering, the Bobble Head edition is gonna cost you (after conversion from Euros)....$144. Ouch. I might just settle for the Cd+Live CD/DVD thing unless that edition comes to the states cheaper.
