|
| |
What a fucking joke.
|
| |
Foxy Shazam is number 69!
|
| |
some really bad band names.
like Does It Offend You, Yeah?
|
| |
It seems the whole music industry if flooded with bands Ive never heard of and none of them making any significant impact.
|
| |
I seriously hope there is some sort of Maps and Atlases released this year. I want more!
|
| |
ceremony

45 totally isn't the name of an Honorary Title song.
At least The Maine is on here. I'd like to see Brighten on though.
|
| |
some really bad band names.
like Does It Offend You, Yeah?
Lol, they're getting big over here in the UK atm, but they're pretty meh.
I haven't heard of 1 =/
|
| |
WO IST OPETH????
|
| |
Actually the lead singer of ADL kinda sounds like Rody Walker at times
|
| |
Good call on 98. I stumbled accross a cd for no. 100, the Audition, I havent listened to it yet.
|
| |
The Years Gone By should be on this list
|
| |
Got this issue in the mail like 3 days ago. List is meh, was glad to see August Burns Red, The Swellers, and some others on there.
|
| |
Far-less Far-less Far-less
|
| |
Haven't heard of hardly any of these. I heard that Baroness' new album rips, I might check it out.
Though there are some ridiculous band names....it seems like run-on sentences are fashionable these days. To call your band by.
|
| |
Better Than. Fragments.
|
| |
Jesus. People must be running out of band names.
|
| |
The only ones that are good are A Day To Remember & Enter Shikari, the rest suckThis Message Edited On 02.28.08

NO those are the only bad ones.
|
| |
autofail for no Sun Kil Moon
|
| |
Seeing the Swellers on here got me pretty stoked. Some good stuff on here. Good list considering it's from AP and they are required to cater to at least 50% scene bands
Regardless, I like how this is mostly comprised of bands who put out a breakout debut album last year, and thus won't do much this year.
|
| |
LOL!
I think thats all that really needs to be said.
But very poor indeed. The audition? Enter Shikari? haha
What a joke.This Message Edited On 02.29.08

why are their a lot of shitty indie bands...I saw a few good bands like Genghis Tron, Baroness, SS, and ABR....but ya AP sucks at picking bandsThis Message Edited On 02.29.08

Innerpartysystem FTW!
|
| |
who the fuck are these guys? I've only heard of 3 or 4 of these bands.
|
| |
isn't that why they're on a "bands to look for" list?
|
| |
The Flatliners are quite good. Most of this is terrible though.
|
| |
Portugal. The Man is pretty good, even if their name does suck.
Also, Cloak/Dagger are really good.
|
| |
I might be wrong but I seem to remember Portugal. The Man being on like the bands to look out for in 2007?
|
| |
baroness? hm
maps and atlases etc
surprised chin up chin up didn't make the list
|
| |
Far-less is pretty tight.
|
| |
The Flatliners are pretty average. No idea what everyone sees in their crackwhore-ska-meets-dillinger four combo.
|
| |
Abr ftw.
|
| |
not bad,
i only know like a quater of the bands,
& the bands names do not sound appealing.
good to see august burns red & attack in black.
final, oh, sleeper is getting some recognition,
so are completly underrated!
|
| |
The Flatliners are pretty awesome
|
| |
Off With Their Heads is pretty good.
|
| |
yeeeeeee! attack in black is swell.
big in canada, at least.
|
| |
haha?
