hmm this is a weird one, like dream pop but there's this motif where a black metal bit with blast beats keeps almost boiling up into it but we never get the drop? Don't like it but kinda interesting.

Seems like she's mixing some of the black metal elements off her earlier material with some dream pop/new wave on this one, I've liked the singles so far.

The fact that this album is being done with Randall Dunn is a good sign. Very excited to hear the rest of the album.

Well this is different... And kudos for that! I won't preorder this time though, unsure if I like it or not.

Game I had the same feeling when I first heard Onde Børn, like it was missing that heavy part with lots of intesity.

I find a lot of her material to be promising, but never really reaches its potential due to weird compositional choices. That's the case here, too. But I enjoyed this more than I thought I would.
