Hype for this! Cover art is amazing. Purple is my favorite color in general and I really like when I see it used on a well done death metal album cover.
Track starts off intense as hell, sounds like you're trapped in a dm lawn mower or some shit. Then that tasty ass bass comes outta nowhere followed by a beautiful solo then more bass badassery, then more guitar wailing. Typing as I am listening and at 4 minutes in this is probably my favorite song I've heard this year if it keeps this level of amazingness going. And ... More sick soloing. Ahhhh.
Goddamn around the 5 minute mark this sounds like some kinda massive monster lurching towards you on tiny stilts.
Final thoughts: fuck yeah I'm ready for an album
| | | cool, their last album was pretty darn awesome
| | | Check their EP from last year if you haven't already
| | | I sense some tasty fretless bass shenanigans on the horizon
| | | So hyped, this is going to rule.
| | | Eheheh oh boy that cover
| | | Picking up a doom-y edge to this. Kinda love the synths that creep up in the last minute. Very excited!
| | | The guy who did the mixing and mastering, Gabriele Gramaglia, is the dude from Cosmic Putrefaction.
| | | Gabriele Gramaglia is so fuckin talented. Read on his instgram that apparently he did more that just produce, even did some synth and guitar parts on the record
| | | sweet yeah this band rules.
| | | this fucking kicks
| | | excite
| | | I cant see the word "bequeathed" without thinking of "bequeefed."
| | | super pumped for this one, cover art is sick too
| | | Track just gets better every listen!
| | | Gave it a check, like the classic feel and the outro is definitely entertaining. Wonder if they'll give a few more atmospheric nods on the full LP!
