I think it's just time to shake up things a little, really. I'm always impressed by how they can write looong artillery-paced songs and not once think "maybe this time we could work on the song's dynamics just a bit more". I'd be so down for some more softer sections in their music

they have quite a few across their discog and a handful of ballads, and they all suck
