The Bright Eyes Philharmonic 2007-09-26 by FlawedPerfection EMERITUS | 9 Comments | Nate Walcott of the Omaha-based band Bright Eyes arranged a selection of songs for the band and the Los Angeles Philharmonic for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl on September 29th. Walcott described the experience as "biggest project I've ever worked on as far as arranging is concerned," and says that other concerts with other orchestras are certainly possible. He did all the arranging while on the Cassadaga tour.
M. Ward and Yo La Tengo will be supporting acts.
