Analog sound, hammond is all over the place, and the jams groove.

The first track has a very Black Sabbath vibe to it (the singer's cadence is extremely Ozzy) and the rest is a really decent pastiche of period bands like Cream, Cactus and Deep Purple. And c'mon, when is the last time a studio album made room for an honest-to-goodness *drum solo*?
Passed this on to my mother after listening, who liked it as well.
