yep, solid proof that kele has been this band's problem since intimacy. rowan hit the nail on the head, this guy wrote Blue Light, This Modern Love, I Still Remember... and now he's banging on about "you look like a snack" and "you're a bit of me". most lyricists get more sophisticated as they get older.

Lick, lick, lick, lickity split. Kele has made Bloc Party almost unlistenable for a long time. It’s not just the lyrics, it’s how poorly the vocals are placed within the music.

it's not really a horrible song, I kind of like how it's weird and off-kilter sounding. The thing is though the track goes nowhere, you wait for a chorus./something to hook you/ but it never comes.

Honestly, I don't hate the track. The song seems to take elements from all of their previous albums.

The music is fun, but of course the lyrics could be much improved.

why is this band considered indie? they're signed to BMG, one of the biggest labels ever

No one knows what indie means anymore, but it's provocative and gets the people going.
