Spine releases new EP 2021-10-15 by aaronrkc | 4 Comments | Kansas City hardcore band Spine has released a new EP titled Himnos Mambises. Though released as one four-and-a-half minute track, it includes multiple new songs and a Negative Approach cover. A limited lathe-cut vinyl release was made available through Practiced Hatred Fanzine but was sold out within five minutes. The release is available to download on Bandcamp and stream on all services.
Vocalist Antonio Marquez wrote this of the release:
"Himnos Mambises is intended to be consumed in whole which is why it's not broken out by track. En honor de todo los Mambises en el mundo luchando por un mejor futuro. Sigue la lucha for a free Cuba for Cubans and by Cubans. Listen to the people. Support them. These are the Himnos Mambises. Patria y Vida."
