Catchy hook but kinda lame compared to anything Brian put out in that first album

I really enjoy the verses here, very fun riff and I love the vocal style of Head there. I also loved the vocals in the chorus, but not sure how I feel about the cohesiveness of the track overall... not sure if this is better than Down yet, but we'll see. Very excited for the new album!

Super group are you kidding me? This was Head's riskiest attempt at making music again and staying relevant after being turned into a mockery for coming out as christian. The guy lost all his money after being taken advantage of from the douche bag who claimed would produce his first album. He found the rest of the band members via youtube auditions. He was so self conscious about his singing that he had to record his vocals in his closet on his phone at his house away from the studio. Head put so much effort into this band. Not a "super group" but some fucking respect on my boys name

Brian Head Welch: guitarist of Korn
Jasen Rauch: guitarist and songwriter of Breaking Benjamin
Isaiah Perez: drummer of Phinehas
JR Bareis: guitarist/vocalist of Spoken
I'd say it's a supergroup for the fact that all of these band members have established themselves in other bands too

ahh wasn't aware of the new members. Even though it's a bit of a stretch to consider the drummer of Phinehas and the guy from Spoken a "supergroup." Obscure musicians from obscure bands join or contribute to other bands all the time. With that logic, every band should be considered "supergroups." I think my original point still stands. Love and Death was Brian's shot in the dark. He literally had nothing when he made the band and it became a cult following, in which most people would consider it being better than anything Korn has released. The small success prompted Jon Davis to invite Brian back into Korn, which gave Brian a stable income again. And now, after releasing a few more albums with Korn, it seems like he now has more wiggle room to continue Love and Death. It's a pretty great story if you ask me.

I feel like a supergroup is a project a bunch of successful musicians experiment with just for fun of it. Love and Death derived as Head's solo work. I think it's a distinguishable difference that is warranted to point out.

JR was actually a member of Love and Death before he joined Spoken, pretty sure he's been involved since the band started in 2012.

A supergroup is when established musicians form a new band. This band started as Head and a bunch of randoms and only now has some more established faces in it. And JR's first band was L&D.

The transition from the verse to the chorus is jarring. Sounds like a cut and paste job from two completely different studio takes.

Their first single was better but not as good as anything off first album.

But ya no idea how this is a supergroup when it was literally started as a solo project but whatever lol

Meh af. Loved the first record, hopefully the new one is better than this single. It's not a bad song by any means but everything including the chorus is pretty whatever. The energy is there blah blah
