ehh, I kind of agree with twilight there is just something so off and lifeless about DGD nowadays. In some ways, I feel like they are losing who they are and are just shoving music out because the fans want it. They more or less seem like a group of guys making music they really don't want to make anymore. I don't know if it has to do with their charm is running dry or their style is getting stale. As sad as it is I wish they would either take a break and regroup or break up and do their own things because they seem so unenthused by their work at this point.

While I really liked every single so far, especially lurics lie, this one doesn’t really do it fr me right now... I hope i’ll grow on me.

Maybe that’s the problem, they’ve been on a great flow of pumping out music but that’s what’s causing the samey song flow they have. Mess seems just to be there in the song to break up Tillian’s vox. DBM/deathstar era wasn’t like that.

Yeah wtf, this single is probably the weakest but in no way bad. Album's gonna be fun as heck. Cute vid for the fans too.

fulk just recorded the vocals, sounds like a crummett record to me. which is a big improvement over ArSe's three producer shitfest

It’s probably just the ghost writer had more songs on the album this time around and he does their heavier songs. This obviously wasn’t one.

Does anyone else feel that jon's screams feel so forced into all these songs? Whenever Jon comes in it seems so corny and odd to the more smooth instrumentals will is writing?

Half of it but there are a couple heavier songs and I have faith in this album. I think Will goes into every album trying to make it more technical and he views technique as a contributing factor to heaviness. I can’t believe there will be a second song as bad as this.

ya'll had me worried with this one but i love it tbh with the "multiple stab wounds" being the only thing i kinda dislike about it. definitely better than Strawberry's Wake and Prisoner :P
