Great band; from the two songs that were initially uploaded, besides the obvious tech death metal vibes (Death and Monstrosity came to mind), I catched some latent Norwegian black metal undertones in the vein of Thorns, Mayhem etc. Maybe it's just me.

If contra had a death metal soundtrack, it would sound like this

Overall really great, I wish the production had a bit more body though. Everything feels very trebly and it can be a bit fatiguing. Better than most tech-death though that just compresses and cleans everything up to the point of being unlistenable.

EDIT: Somehow the output on my computer screwed up the sound on this massively. This thing sounds great, ignore any of the complaints I had about production.

^^The sound of their previous album is what I would call trebly yet adequate, the sound work in this one is gravely enhanced, very balanced, if dirty.

Ok, the album has a lot of replay time, these guys have seemlessly mixed so many metal genres, even classic heavy metal.
