I wonder if they’ll replace the vocals in house or find someone else. Those last four shows he mentions may give us an idea as to their plans. I just hope they don’t continue to make music like they did on Nattesferd.

This sentence makes me believe that there have been an internal argument of some kind. I find it hard to believe that he will leave the band otherwise - right after touring the world with Metallica and before releasing a (potentially) successful fourth album.

good point grondalen. I was thinking it could be he doesn’t like the direction of music they’ve been taking, but that’s entirely speculation. could be something more serious as well. I wish we knew more lol

Met that dude at a aus mastodon show, seemed legit. Was telling me how his drummer at the time had to stay back home to have excess skin removed from his skull... extremely random.

Then later i asked bran if i could shake his hand... resulting in probably the weakest effort of a handshake ever... fkn princess. Later i watched a dvd where brann told the camera he hates it when ppl ask to shake his hand, cos theyre his "moneymakers". Fair enuf i guess. I dont need to like it tho

I can get down with the weak ass handshakes because it’s like they are taking the piss out of the whole idea. What you gotta watch out for is those lukewarm medium-pressure handshakes. Those fuckers are weird and definitely up to something.
