Dwelling's vocals were GGGUUUUUUHHHHHHHHH

Metazoa's are ok. the new frontman is good but nothing special. his basswork is much less impressive too.

Have their black metal elements gotten more pronounced? I haven't really listened to them since 2010 or so, and black metal hadn't occurred to me - I had them uncomfortably lumped in with the time's post-metal. Just listened to a track off Earth Diver, though, and the black metal is absolutely undeniable.

they hardly have any post metal elements at all. but yeah, Earth Diver has much more black metal than Dwellings.
