Van Halen Reunion Back On? 2007-07-03 by Dave de Sylvia EMERITUS | 6 Comments | Rock legends Van Halen are reportedly preparing to begin touring with original singer David Lee Roth for the first time in twenty years this autumn.
MelodicRock.com, which broke the news of the aborted reunion tour earlier this year, reports: "I can confirm dates and venues are being penciled in. There isn't much more I can say at this time, but safe to say should everything go to plan (and we all know how things can change with these guys), the band should hit the road for US dates starting in September."
The band will line up as it did for their 1978 debut LP Van Halen with the exception of bassist Michael Anthony, who's been replaced by Eddie Van Halen's son Wolfgang. The line-up is completed by drummer Alex Van Halen, brother of Eddie.

Good to hear. Too bad Michael Anthony wont be with them. That Jack Daniels bass of his never fails to impress.
