nah, this song is way more conventional by Hammock standards. Theres some pretty audible, simple lyrics, and there's definitely a hook or two to the song.

Sounds like every other hammock song, which is okay in my book since I'm like their stuff, even though it get's kinda boring.

Yeah the last release was kinda different (and way worse tbh) and I guess their very early stuff is a bit different too.

they've had quite a few albums of pure ambience, and i don't think their last one was any weaker than the previous stuff. it just requires a bit different kind of mindset

Their brand of ambient never did anything for me personally, even though I'm into alot of other ambient stuff. But to each his own.
