typical Killswitch Engage, but I still like it. You gotta admit though, they do know how to make good choruses.
| |
They're experts when it comes to choruses.
| |
Typical Killswitch. Everything but the chorus is average and meh.
| |
can't wait to give this a 1
| |
Typical Killswitch-uh yea. What else would it be?
| |
Killswitch being Killswitch, will still probably jam this hard when it releases.

Jesse>>Howard

Stayin' in that comfort zone, I see.
| |
It's damn good. I'm not expecting them to reinvent the wheel at this point when they kinda helped with inventing the wheel in 2002.
| |
I don't know, I hate to admit that both tracks seem like B sides from the last album. I was hoping there would be some renewed vigor and intensity but so far this sounds like a copy of the last album, just not buying it at this point.
| |
Yeeeah they really have zero interest in trying anything new and that's a bummer. The chorus is great though.
| |
Sounds like KSE, alright.
| |
Chorus was a grower on me but it's great.
| |
Dig it
| |
Howard >> Jesse always bby
i mean, as far as your run of the mill kse track goes this bangs pretty well but yea it's nothing new. they've always known their way around a sweet chorus
| |
Sweet jam
| |
boring as hell and that chorus was not good like people are saying. Song is pretty bad in general
| |
Band died after ADD for me.
| |
For most people it did
| |
That was bad. Gunna go jam AOJB now.
| |
"boring as hell and that chorus was not good like people are saying."
Honestly the only choruses that have even stood out to me since Jesses return were In Due Time and Beyond the Flame, the rest could have been switched between any song and I would barely have noticed.
| |
there was a bonus track on the last album that had a pretty fire chorus
| |
wank
| |
When the band you grew up listening to goes on autopilot.
| |
I liked it!
| |
Not nearly as radio friendly as All That Remains these days but this is definitely as safe as a metalcore band on their last leg gets.
| |
This thread reeks of bandwagon haters. I've literally read the same comment 10 times now.
| |
Idk, I think this is the best thing they have released as Kse in at least a decade.
Their last 3 albums have sucked and Strength of mind was garbage, but I really like this one for some reason. Its very Times of grace sounding.
| |
Classic Killswitch Song, which is totally fine by me. Jesse's clean vocals have improved every album. Looking forward to the new album.
| |
Good song , better than the first single IMO . Looking forward for the new album
| |
this is actually really great
| |
i think the only killswitch song i heard was the one where the music vid was like some weird ass medieval shit
| |
Sadly, no matter how bad this will inevitably be, I'm going to check it out for old time sake.
