I doubt it'll be as good as, say, Blue Blood, but....that's hard to do. As long as it keeps up the quality of Jade/IV/Scarlet Love Song (all of which I enjoy) then I'll be happy.

Well, out of all the things I didnt expect to happen this year, a new X Japan album is probably at the top of that list.

pointless bump but new album when?

edit: On January 15, 2016, Pata was rushed to the intensive care unit of a Tokyo hospital. He was diagnosed with a life-threatening condition, which included a severe blood clot, but is in stable condition. On February 3, X Japan announced the postponement of their album release and March 12, 2016 concert at the Wembley Arena for a whole year, currently scheduled for March 4, 2017.

So is the We Are X soundtrack the "new album" they've been putting off for so long? Or are they ever planning to release an album of new material? Shouldn't it have been out by now?
