compressed as fuck. I was afraid that this would happen when I saw their announcement for the album, saying every song had over 100 tracks and god knows how many gigabytes of orchestral and symphonic sounds

Even compression aside, that track was pretty irratating

yeah it's like the random symphonics come out of a weird place in my headphone, and the gang vox come out from another weird angle, and the rest sounds muffled and awkward. It's hard to follow what's going on, but those thrash riffz are pretty sweet. I really hope the production doesn't ruin the rest of the album.

Sounds like if early Solefald kind of sucked.

Thought they were releasing four albums, first letter of each corresponding to a letter of their name and then splitting, so that would make this their penultimate album.

Really disappointed by this

No, all of their albums since their debut have followed the S I G H sequence...it's not something they just started doing.

I like it but I hope in a better production, it's not rare for the videos to be worse than the actual material though.

They sound like your average symphonic band now. Even Mirai's vox are kinda streamlined smh

Yeah, I just thought I heard that this was the last cycle. Don't know the accuracy of the source, though.

As long as they produce material as good as In Somniphobia I'm ok with them keeping it up.
