Shining (NOR), otherwise I don't care.

The whole suicidal black metal thing has never really been my cup of tea, but if I were to be completely
objective I would have to say no other band has done it as consistently well as this band. They still manage
to create a unique and unsettling sound and, love him or hate him, Kvarforth's vocals are still dynamic and
intimidating.
This sounds over-produced and devoid of atmosphere, but straight forward and well crafted nonetheless. Not
something I see myself ever spinning purely for pleasure listening, but I can't find anything about it to
hate outright.

I've got the album for review, picture is a lot better if you don't just look at one corner.

Shining (NOR), otherwise I don't care. [2]
It's NOR or nothing.

It used to be the other way

Never got right into Shining (NOR), so I'm glad it was (SWE). I'll always listen to their new stuff just because I hold Halmstad in such high esteem.

This got me super excited to hear the new album. Song was alright, but I'm sure it'll be better in context

Swedish Shining is the best.
Song sounded like Swedish Shining.

Swedish Shining is the best x 2
Song sounded like Swedish Shining x 2
Sidenote, his last album Redefining Darkness is still an amazing album even though I feel it didn't really make any waves. The melodies are just so unbelievably amazing on that album.

It's a good track. Kvalforth is the man.
