2015 stop it.
| |
hope it ain't like the EP
| |
No El-p no party
| |
Anyone know who's providing them beats this time?
| |
i love that gotham track
| |
This sounds good and all, and the EP was okay, I guess, but I hope they work with either good producers or El-P, because otherwise I think I won't like this.
| |
Oh. Man.
| |
Damn
| |
ehhhh this song didn't pump me up for the album. They brought back that signature warehouse echo, which is nice, but El-P's beat progression was quintessential to their sound.
| |
big
| |
i like how everyones complaining about no el-p like his beats havent become completely derivative. we dont need another run the jewels / c4c we need a new cannibal ox. im personally excited to see what they do here.
| |
El-P would've done something along the lines of Cold Vein or something different than his recent output, the dude isn't stupid
| |
its not that he's stupid its just the way his evolution has gone and i strongly disagree that he would have done something along the lines of Cold Vein. he's not about to backstep in his musical direction just for the sake of crowd pleasing. el-p do what el-p do for better or for worse and in this case it would have been for worse imo.
| |
El-P hasn't done anything interesting since like 2003 tbh. I liked the beats on the EP so I hope they got whoever produced that to produce this.
| |
agreed thank u based oltan
| |
i like el-p's progression and i also think he shouldn't produce this
| |
Hast done anything interesting since 2003!!?? haha jesus
Gotham sucked I hope this doesnt but I cant say Im too hopeful.
| |

| |

| |
dude gotham was sick eff you
| |
this is fucking amazing, but yes it will lose something by not having el-p
| |
nervous to hear this
| |
lol @ koffffffffffffing thinking blockhead is even remotely relevant these days (and that he was ever not derivative as fuck to begin with)
| |
idk I liked his album with Billy W
| |
Dylan Englebach's???
| |
yeah dour candy was aight
| |
bruh i have a normal amnt of fs in my name
and everything prod on bazooka tooth would roll tight w this
| |
it wouldnt doe and no u dont you have at least 20
| |
Some of the reservoir sound shit could work
| |
Sputnik has now decided that Blockhead is derivative? Really? Dour Candy sounded quite different from None Shall Pass, to say nothing of his solo output which has its own flare. I swear sometimes this site tries harder than /mu/
| |
nope all his stuff sounds the same deal with it
| |
nah objectively incorrect
| |
ur too much of a pussy to rock l33t objective observations
| |
backed
| |

No El-P? I think Can Ox will still do well without him
