The North-American concert dates have been published in the Tour Info section.
Update:
The nice folks at EnterTheVault.com are putting together an exclusive ticket pre-sale beginning on Friday, February 23rd (at noon). The regular ticket sale begins on March 23rd.
Please note that there are two different webpages, depending on which show you are going to attend:

Yeah, I saw this too. And then I went on ticketmaster. And then I saw that tickets for my show ranged anywhere from 38 to 100 bucks.
Good as Nightwish is, 100 bucks is feckin' insane to pay for a ticket.
