There's a shot of the sheriff's badge at one point that says North Dakota, and the youtube posts says it's in Devil's Lake-Grand Forks, ND.
Am I the only one who sees some major irony here? Devil's Lake, that is the most metal name for a town since Hell, Norway (that's a real place).
And yet, look who this town is populated by! This whole news segment is like the movie Airplane! Every time you watch it, you find something new to laugh at.

That was easily one of the funniest things ive ever seen. The entire thing was hilarious. The cutting board, the sherrif saying that they wear there hair to one side to see the world in half view. But the best one was were they showed a survey of "How emo you are" and it show one question that said, "Do you drink coffee? Is it black?"
