Surprisingly the MetalInjection commentary about the drumming being impressive was true. The percussive elements really keep the song from falling flat.

yeah i didn't know what to think about Shannon Lucas leaving, the the new drummer is definitely impressed me despite previously being in shitty bands

I was hoping they would take a more black/symphonic approach to this album. Solid but nothing mind blowing. I feel like they have been stagnant for awhile now.

Agreed about it sounding like the heavier moments on Ritual. I don't care for this track though. I've given it 5+ listens. Fucking loved Ritual, hope this record measures up.
