What does Autotheism mean? They said this would be another concept album so the title should give away the concept.

Or "We Will Name This Album Something Overtly Stupid In Hopes That Our Fans Will Read Too Far Into It."

Meshuggah is more talented than the faceless.

but

Meshuggah is overrated on Sputnik and The Faceless is a bit underrated/overly hated on.

They both suffer from the whole talent-not-translating-fully-into-good-songs problem.

Meshuggah fans are a lot like Tool fans - they think their band's music is soo much deeper and awesome than it actually is (I do like both bands to a small extent though before you fully napalm me).

cuz fast riffs = good. keene can't do a sol niger within for his life even if he wanted to.

"Meshuggah is overrated on Sputnik "

you're welcome DEI or DIE. and faceless are not underrated they're just old news and still suck.

Tool fans throw shit at opening bands if they don't like them.

So, do you think their next song will be played on an eight string guitar using polymeters with lyrics about reality featuring a tapping or legato guitar solo and riffs mostly centered around the lowest note on their guitar?

(I actually enjoy Meshuggah)

Almost every band uses either straight up keyboards or VST plugins for orchestration rather than real instruments.

I don't care if this album is short as long as it's awesome, I have a short attention span anyways. Probably will be their worst full-length but then again it has Evan Brewer soooooooooooo omgz
