song seems quite metal to me. Just because they are not tearing their guts out and singing about battles and brotherhood, it does not make the song "pop".
This sounds right in line with more grown up, mature, progressive direction since Unia and TDOG.

I love Sonata Arctica but I feel this album is going to be disappointing. Wildfire tracks are going to be the best I suspect.

Heard this yesterday and it sounded too poppy for me, but I'll reserve judgement until I've heard the whole album.
