awesome!

I dig it. Pretty different from Isolated Incidents.
| |
Not gonna lie this songs doesn't sound that good. This sounds like a filler track than anything. Its just so meh.....not memorable in the least.
| |
I thought the track was good. I can't wait to buy the album.
| |
i didn't find it too memorable either, not bad though.
| |
I feel like this album could go either way, I mean they haven't released anything bad but, I keep waiting to be blown away with something similar to CAFO.
| |
I dont want a track as good as CAFO to be a single. I'd rather find it myself in the album. Like searching for buried treasure if you will
| |
I think based on these two tracks I like them better than their debut. The riffage and sequencing is a little more abstract, therefore interesting, and ultimately this feels less bulb-y and more like it's own entity.
| |
pretty good, but nothing particularly memorable, and all kinda runs together
| |
I liked this track. Different but good. Even if they wrote pretty much the same stuff as their last I'd still be more than happy with it.
Tosin really can do no wrong.
| |
hmmm, decent song, nothing outstanding unfortunately...I hope this album is up to par with their first
| |
so damn m/
| |
From the previews of each track I heard some songs sound sick some sound lame so who knows.
| |
I love AAL, but this didn't do it for me. The album preview is much better though thank God.
| |
definitely fappable
| |
making my first assumptions of the album true for now
| |
Song rocks
| |
Both the songs so far have been awesome
| |
This intro-ish thing/middle parts to this song are different from anything I've heard them do before.
| |
Album will be great. Song is pretty cool.
| |
Should be good.
| |
He could write 12 derivations from CAFO and release it and we'd all probably 3.5 or 4 it but this is also interesting. Should be interesting to see just how much the electronic sounds are used.
| |
potato, you are really pursuing this caribou thing lol
| |
love dem electronics, not as djent this time around eh?
| |
I honestly think this album will be twice as experimental as the first release
| |
I'm not sure what to think about this one. Animals As Leaders are one of my favorite bands, but, for some reason, I just am not liking the sound of this, so far. We shall see, though. I still have faith in Tosin. However, these songs are sounding very riff oriented and less focused on Abasi's beautiful melodies.
| |
I really enjoyed this track. I think it'll probably make more sense in the context in the context of the album, which was one of my bigger problems with the ST: it just sounded like a collection of songs rather than a cohesive album.
| |
I love it. I've always dug how they incorporate the electronic stuff.
| |
potato, I can dig that.
| |
it was all right. I think I like Isolated Incidents more
| |
I personally love this song. Having a real drum track sounds so much better than the programmed ones off the self-titled.
| |
I'd really like to hear what they could do with a vocalist.
| |
"I'd really like to hear what they could do with a vocalist."
no.
| |
"I'd really like to hear what they could do with a vocalist."
no. [+1]
| |
Vocals would probably ruin the band
| |
definitely*
| |
good
| |
I like it a little more than isolated incidents, actually. Both real good songs.
| |
Awesome. Getting this fo sho
| |
Don't
| |
bloc hatin on something what???
| |
You must be new here
| |
yes I am a new user. I came here to improve my music taste. my favourite bands are born of osiris and the birthday massacre, and I LOVE futurepop. I am also a nuclear engineer student lol
| |
Graduated already
| |
where has the time gone
| |
Not sure, but time stops when you listen to this album.
| |
is that a good thing
| |
cant do er

R.I.P. TDWP thread of 09
| |
Good thread yo. But as for the time comment, it's a bad thing.
| |
where has the time gone bloc where has it gone...
| |
Couldnt even imagine how someone would sing over this....
