These scene kids aren't even deathcore quality (Which is low-quality for the most part anyway). They are that annoying subgenre of metalcore that is influenced by bands like I See Stars and attack attack. Best proclaimed as Scoot said..."Trancecore". They attempt to put metalcore over synth with awful autotuned vocals. It's the epitome of what "the scene" has become.

The Word Alive is much better than this in my opinion, though Attack Attack! and Abandon All Ships are in the realm of similar levels of DTS suckage. Honestly, if not for the vocals the album would probably be a 2 for me but the vocals are just so fucking bad I had to 1 it. Literally my least favourite vocals I think I have ever heard.

the screaming is not nearly as bad as the autotune vocals ill give you that but theyre still pretty bad. and the autotuned vocals are pretty much the worst thing ive ever heard, and yeah you said, he somehow manages to get out of key with autotune, i didnt think that was possible. ill watch that These Hearts video now

So I actually listened to their full length... some parts are like, actually borderline good, I'm surprised.

That being said, it's far too cliche, and just downright gay at points to be enjoyable.
