oh no
| |
Lol, power metal.
But in all honesty, Stu has some ridiculous range (even if his harsh vocals are as laughable as Rody Walker's).
| |
This sounds interesting my friend loves Into Eternity and Iced Earth so he will love this.
| |
fuck no
| |
um...okay. moving on.
| |
Old news. It'll be interesting to see what happens, but I'd rather see him try to do something interesting and new with Into Eternity than just lend his very talented voice to the fading project that is Iced Earth.
Jon could've just gotten Tim Owens back and it would've been great.
| |
Ugh Stu Block
| |
Has Jon Schaffer remembered how to write a good song again? Because no amount of line-up changes are going to help until he addresses that problem.
| |
this is going to be lolbad
| |
Well, looks like they got over the STUmbling BLOCK of losing Barlow pretty quickly.
| |
ha.
| |
I just hope Stu wraps up the current writing/recording for Into Eternity's new album.
| |
both bands are terrible now anyway
| |
Into Eternity's new record isn't going to be any good. I think that's pretty evident.
| |
Both are terrible, NOW?
| |
well okay neither have ever been that great anyway.
| |
I hated Barlow's vocals on IE's last record, so really anyone on the mic would be an improvement.
| |
Will he remain on IE while being in Iced Earth?
| |
I want to slap whoever makes it possible for this band to stay together
| |
read the title as "stfu bloc"
and I got excited.
| |
nonononononono
| |
Lol, Iced Earth and Stu Block.
| |
Lol, power metal. [2]
| |
Pffffffffffffffffffffffft
| |
Should have brought back Ripper
| |
the scattering of ashes ruled tbh
he's a good vocalist into eternity is just shit now
only ever been a fan of one iced earth album but maybe i'll check them outnow
| |
he's a good vocalist into eternity is just shit now
123.
| |
Nah Scattering was pretty bad, Buried In Oblivion is the only good Into Eternity album.
| |
i don't really like the vocals on buried in oblivion they are too buried (HAH) and the singer often either isn't in key or doesn't have the range to achieve what the wants
| |
Even if you put the vocals aside, the compositions are literally 3502348650247682479634 times better.
| |
i guess i like the streamlined approach more. also, it's hard to just disregard the vocals, especially when they really ruin it
| |
Nah man Block's vocals are awful, I'll take Chris Krall's voice any day of the week. I actually like them.
| |
Blocks vocals are awful? Whaaaa? I love Into Eternity, mainly Oblivion and Scattering, and I like
Block and Krall about equally. New IE was could have been so much better, but i still have faith in
them.
| |
dislike
| |
I couldn't care for any of this news anymore.
Iced Earth should have died with their last 3 or so albums.
| |
oh shit ripper is gonna join into eternity i can see this happening.
| |
"throws henchman 10 ft into the air to get gun down off block"
| |
I'm gonna quote Mike Stagno on this one:
"Somewhere out there, Tim Owens is laughing."
| |
not excited
| |
lolwut
| |
Block's vocals are too ridiculous to ever be taken seriously. I used to really like Scattering of Ashes a lot 4-5 years ago but now it's just so cheesy.
| |
They need back Chris Krall.
