the titles a joke right? i saw them on the 21st century breakdown tour for nostalgia's sake and also in 7th grade and holy fuck i hate their live shows. so little music, so much bullshitting (crow participation chants, audience members coming onstage, etc etc)

This is pointless cause it will sound exactly like a studio album except for the screaming fans. They're the best band I've ever seen at recreating their sound in the studio in a live setting.

Honestly I'll end up checking this out, these guys really started getting me into music, so I can't hate on it, even though some of these tracks are not too great.

I'd love to see Green Day live but I missed my chance on the American Idiot tour. Their last album was crap but they can still put in one hell of a setlist.

The tracklisting here, though is awful, far too much from 21CB, and the title totally fails in its attempt to be edgy. Maybe their 14 year old fans will be impressed but to anyone else it just sounds like a group in their late-thirties trying to stay relevant.

Green Day fan or not this setlist blows. And if you're not into adtr or chiodos that is understandable... but Green Day > Circa Survive? fuck no.

Green Day is only SLIGHTLY better than Nickelback to me at this point. Circa Survive's vocals are unbearable, ADTR is pretty much the Asher Roth of metalcore, and Chiodos went from being flat-out terrible (w/ their old vocalist) to being mediocre and overrated as fuck (w/ their new vocalist).

Sigh, I wish the setlist was better. I was at the Montréal show and they played a lot of great oldies like Armatage Shanks, Disappearing Boy, Platypus, and I know they played more at other shows, so I don't see why they didn't include them.

Also, the title isn't them randomly trying to sound badass. It's sort of an inside joke among Green Day fans. I'm sure you guys aren't really interested in the details though, so I won't bore you with them.
