1. Well it can be posted because it counts as news as a pretty moderately major tour has been cancelled that many many people probably bought tickets for.
2. Plenty of people here even on this site like Disturbed, almost all their albums have an average rating above 3 here its just that pretty much every article to do with Disturbed is a magnet for the haters for them all to congregate and jerk each other off
