Loved every album by them up until the last one, which I just couldn't get into for some reason. Here's to hoping they bring it back this time.

SowingSeason nailed my thoughts. Hopefully it'll have direction too, "Yes we looked up Brazilian beats for one song and African beats for another. This is
going to be HUGE" leaves me a little worried.

That said, a darker album from them could be great. The darker stuff on Cities was amazing.

Just heard Cities and loved it, if their next really will be their Magnum, count me pumped

their Never Take Friendship Personal album was the only one i really enjoyed. even then, i feel like half their songs miss the mark for me.

New Surrender was half meh cause it was so poppy and mid-tempo. Darker is better.

One of my favorite bands. Too bad they're their best when they're "poppy". I'm not sure I'd like darker stuff. Oh well. Feels like just yesterday I was anticipating the last album, so I can't wait anyhow.

Cities is best

Cities rules. New Surrender is good, just not AS good.

Their whole discography is great. Excited for this. Cities is probably their best in my opinion, but I think New Surrender is somewhat under rated.
