Propagandhi adds guitarist

2006-08-28 by StrizzMatik | 6 Comments
According to their official website and G7 Welcoming Committee (Propagandhi's self-owned record label), the guitarist/singer of Propagandhi, Chris Hannah, announced that the band has added a new guitarist. Ominously named The Beaver (formerly of Winnipeg band Giant Sons), he will join the band on their upcoming October tour dates in Ontario and Quebec. The band has "fired" Glen Lambert (who is actually Chris Hannah), as well. A follow-up to their 2005 effort Potemkin City Limits has not been announced yet... surprised?

^It's a confusing matter. It was merely a joke I think, no one left, no came in, it was just simply a name change.

Anyway, Propagandhi is an amazing band, but do they really need another guitarist...?

it would be good considering that their last two albums feature a lot of overdubs and multiple guitar parts.
However, at this rate a new album won't be for another 5 years.
