This just in: I, Omega, formally known as The Syncope Threshold, changes name to something even gayer.

Their name wasn't the problem though.

bands with the "I, something" or "Oh, something" trend are all jocking Oh, Sleeper's nuts hard and its getting old.

Wanting to be like Oh, Sleeper isn't good either.

i think we should agree that we shouldnt judge a band by their name but rather by their music, which also sucks....wow its crap to be I, Omega right now

I never understood the fuss about the band, plus their Tom Sawyer cover was horrendous.

to be honest, i didn't know how to pronounce their former name, but i love this band regardless of what their name is. new song is good.

ive checked out their older album, it some really lame parts but balanced out by some awesome parts.

I don't understand why people hate this band so much sometimes. The more I listened to their first album, it really grew on me. Granted it did get a little old after a while (and enjoying the band as much as I did, I overplayed it a bit) and the new name of the band kinda sucks, it's not terrible music. Guess the band is a love it or hate it kind of deal...

And I like the new song.

Massive fail. First of all when naming a band, keep it short, simple and inspired. Not pretentious as eff. Second, don't change your band name after you already have a solid fanbase.
