Butch Walker Album Details 2009-12-18 by Dave de Sylvia EMERITUS | 7 Comments | Butch Walker will release I Liked It Better When You Had No Heart on February 2 in vinyl format and on February 23 in CD and digital form.
The album is Walker's first with his new band the Black Widows, and his first to be extensively co-written with songwriting partner Michael Trent.
Walker reports that it was recorded mostly live to tape, with few overdubs, save for strings recorded at London's legendary Abbey Road studios: "We literally went into the studio the day after our tour ended. So the wheels were greased."
Confirmed song titles to date include 'Trash Day' and 'Be Good Til' Then.'
