| |
He's of to jail, should rename it no windows
| |
That was funny..not
| |
Yes, because there are windows in jail. And large men who want some Weezy.
| |
what about renaming it...No talent? eh eh?
| |
good one
keep em coming guys im sure theres no limit to the number of bad puns you can make
| |
don't you make me do it.
| |
in fact i made one in my post
its even funnier cuz no limit is a classic rap label
| |
makin a ruckus dawg makin a ruckus.
| |
it's got some good shit. why the fuck did he put i got a feeling on there? couldnt he find a better beat to spit over?
| |
They say once a rapper goes to jail it either makes or breaks his career. I'm pretty sure he's more worried about his asshole.
| |
at least this tape has more him and less shitty people i've never heard of.
| |
WTF WHO LET HIM OUT OF THE BIN!?
fuck weezy there's way better talent out there.
| |
fuck this guy
| |
weezy is still a great rapper. if you disagree, there is a good chance that more than 50% of your hip hop is Wu-Tang members or comes from Rhymesayers, Def Jux, or Stones Throw records.
| |
i may be one of the only weezy fans on sputnik but this mixtape is sick. so glad. his ass had me worried after all the rebirth nonsense.
| |
he's not that great lol
| |
I've stopped giving him chances at this point he's fell off.
| |
at least hes going to "federal pound me in the ass prison"..no conjugal visits
| |
Funny nickname you got there
| |
I have to agree with the consensus here. FUCK lil wayne.
| |
Its pretty decent, I hope he is getting back on his game after falling off for a little bit
| |
illmitch, I have a question for you. From the wording of your post you seem to say that Wu-Tang, Def Jux, Stones Throw etc etc. aren't good, or that there is something wrong with them over Lil Wayne, I'm curious why? Now I'm not saying Wayne doesn't have his good points, and I'm not saying the aforementioned labels only sign good rappers, I'm just curious as to what you were getting at.
| |
is there supposed to be some kind of theme with "No Ceilings?" wtf does no ceilings even fucking mean?
ehh who knows. lil wayne smokes so much weed he obviously doesn't hear himself when he talks or raps.
| |
I mean he's decent, but nothing amazing.
| |
Shing02 is ftw

@ghearufu:
it seems to me that people who disparage modern southern hip hop often cling to the east coast definition of hip hop, and styles emulating that. they also often tend to be white. i'm basing this on both what i've seen in other people, be it on this site or elsewhere, and on what i used to be like - an upper middle-class white person claiming to listen to "real hip hop" and eschewing anything from below the mason-dixon line.
no shots fired at Wu-Tang, Def Jux, etc. although i lack the ardor for the Wu-Tang that i once had - meaning that i don't automatically worship an album for the W insignia - i still count many of their albums among my favorite hip hop albums. same goes for the other record labels, albeit to a progressively lesser extent - i'm simply not much of a fan of Rhymesayers, and i can't stand Anticon.
@soby, while wayne is not a lyrical rapper, and i don't think anybody claims he is, he still has a great flow, and in my opinion he's very technically proficient. he just has a problem with deciding to do songs that are absolutely terrible (q.v. Rebirth and about 1/3-1/2 of Tha Carter III).
| |
oh, and i think "no ceilings" is supposed to mean that there's no ceiling to his level of success, that he'll never "max out" or fall off. which is probably not the case.
| |
this is good. dude has funny ass punchlines
| |
what!?!?! ok im buying this the second i see it.
| |
Listen completed, captain.
| |
How does he do this in jail... Loser.
