Demon of the Fall

I am clearly lacking the knowledge to unearth the gold buried somewhere deep in this epic list, none of the artists I recognise are appealing to me

will check TMV out of obligation rather than expectation though

The Murlocs - Rapscaliion

intriguing week...will check death cab & no devotion, but there's plenty else here that I'll either give a cursory/passive spin or check simply because of the cool artwork

BigTuna

I was pumped about the new Young Jesus and then I read that the album has zero guitars and now I'm less pumped.

Slex
09.15.22
Oh....hm. : /

BigTuna

"The general absence of guitars is the considerable tectonic shift that Young Jesus achieves this time around. The tranquil and atmospheric flow of the album is a perfect canvas for Rossiter, who tends to bellow more than sing." Maybe not zero guitars, but still I'm not so intrigued by this...

SlothcoreSam
09.15.22
I'm listening to Young Jesus right now and it doesn't need guitars. Album has an indietronuca feel, suits his deep vocals, a very lovely album so far.

Slex
09.15.22
I trust you Sloth, excitement for it continues unabated then

mkmusic1995

Don't sleep on Sput user PitchForkArms new album, Somewhere South of Here- Leave Me For The Crows.
It's heavily influenced by 2010s Sputcore emo/punk/alt rock.
